Sales Consultant Recruitment

As an ambitious, fast-growing and community-based company, Cooperworks CV is looking for a sales and recruitment magic matchmaker. A person who can connect our community to businesses and create those wonderful “made-in-heaven” matches. Are you the one? 

Your missions 

  • Actively scout for businesses that want to join the Cooperworks community to support their talent hunting. 
  • Translate the needs of our customers to Cooperworks job offers and vice versa. 
  • Frequently contact the members of our community to maintain a good relationship. 
  • You (and your colleagues) are responsible for the entire sales process from start to finish. 
  • Ensure our talents and customers are happy with their match. 
  • Find joy in achieving set targets and results. 

Your skills 

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience (or a bachelor and a lot of spirit) 
  • You’re willing to go the “extra mile” and always see an opportunity to keep raising the bar.  
  • You’re a swift communicator and are open and honest to partners, colleagues and customers. 
  • You have an advanced level of the English and Dutch language (any other language is a plus)
